Yes! We’ll send you a digital preview within 1–2 business days after you place your order.
You can review it and share your feedback or request edits before we print your final portrait.
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
No need to worry — we’ll check your photo before creating your portrait.
If we think a clearer one would help, we’ll reach out by email.
For best results, take your pet’s photo in natural light (no flash) and make sure their face is in focus.
What if I don’t like my portrait?
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you’re not happy with your artwork, we’ll adjust it based on your feedback before printing.
We only start production once you’ve approved your final design.
Do you only make dog portraits?
Not at all! We create portraits for all kinds of pets — cats, horses, rabbits, birds, and everything in between.
If you love them, we’ll paint them!

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our portraits are made to order. Most U.S. customers receive their order in about 3–7 weeks from the day they place it.
